HCCP has achieved positive findings in three such state licensing surveys over the past nine years. The three-day assessment included one-on-one interviews with clients, families and staff members, as well as reviews of non-medical information, medical charts and personnel files. This is a thorough, in-depth survey designed to identify any areas in the business that require additional care or are of concern to the State of Texas.
Hill Country Care Providers is proud to share the excellent scores we received from the DADS agency, who declared that our organization was found to be "in compliance with all applicable Home and Community Support Service Agencies Regulations."
